This notice explains what we do with the details you give us through this website. It's short because we don't collect much.
JNR Engineering Ltd, registered in Scotland, company no. SC334377. Registered office: Block 8 Unit 1, Whistleberry Industrial Estate, Blantyre, ML3 0ED. For anything about your data, email john.hume@jnrengineeringltd.co.uk or phone 0141 647 5913.
When you send the quote form we get your name, company, phone number, email address, the service you picked and anything you write about the job. If you email us drawings, we get those and the email itself.
To price your job, get back to you about it and, if you go ahead, make the parts, deliver them and invoice you. We don't use it for marketing and we don't sell it to anyone. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
The form is sent through Formspree, which emails your request to us. The site is hosted by Vercel. Both may process data outside the UK under their own safeguards. Fonts on the site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
Enquiries that don't go anywhere are deleted when they're no longer needed. If we do work for you, we keep the records we're required to keep for tax and accounting.
You can ask to see the data we hold on you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Get in touch using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
